Terms of use

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of insidewish.com. We wrote them to be understood without a lawyer.

01Acceptance

By browsing this site you accept these terms and our Privacy and security policy. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

02Who we are

This site belongs to Inside Wish Studio (“Inside Wish”, “the studio”, “we” or “us”), a creative technology studio offering branding, web design, artificial intelligence and automation, search visibility, social media content and consulting services.

03Use of the site

The site is free to access and requires no registration. You agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers or accounts connected to the site, or circumvent its security measures.
  • Introduce malicious code, carry out denial-of-service attacks or deliberately overload the infrastructure.
  • Extract content in bulk or by automated means for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Use the studio’s name, brand or work in a way that suggests a relationship, endorsement or authorship that does not exist.

If you find a vulnerability, please report it as described in the security section instead of exploiting it.

04Intellectual property

The text, site design, code, logo and the “Inside Wish” brand belong to the studio or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws, including Argentina’s Intellectual Property Law No. 11,723.

You may share links to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

05Portfolio and clients

The Work section includes two kinds of projects, labeled on each card:

  • Live and In progress: projects built for clients, either already published or still underway. The brands, logos, names and images of those projects belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate the studio’s work. Their inclusion does not mean those organizations endorse this site or its content.
  • Concept: identity and design exercises developed by the studio. They do not represent real clients, and any resemblance to existing brands is unintentional.

If you own a brand shown here and would like us to remove or correct it, write to us and we will address it promptly.

06Informational nature

Information about services, methods and scope is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer. Each project is governed by the proposal, quote or contract we agree on in writing, which prevails over anything published on the site.

07Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services to work —for example, web hosting and font delivery through Google Fonts— and may contain links to external sites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, which are governed by their own terms.

08Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Inside Wish will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, from technical interruptions, or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection laws, including Argentina’s Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the site.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith by email. If that is not possible, the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will be competent, subject to the jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
